Of the 1,574 placeable pieces in Mistria, a lot are the same chair in a different wood. Fold the colourways together and you get 892 designs across 71 sets, which is how the woodcrafting menu files them and how this page groups them. 1,102 pieces have a woodcrafting recipe and 393 are sold ready-made somewhere. Open any piece for where to buy it or how its recipe unlocks, the ingredients, its footprint, and every colourway it comes in.

How Furniture Works

Merri and Balor

Merri’s Stall at the Saturday Market is the big one. She sells finished pieces and the recipe scrolls for them, so a piece you like once can be crafted again for the cost of wood. Balor’s Wagon, north of your farm, rolls new stock every day: rugs, bonsai, the Chess Piece scroll bundle. Check it whenever you pass. Wheedle, Zorel, the Inn and the Carpenter carry smaller lines.

Woodcrafting

You start with 78 recipes, the Basic sets included. Everything else has to be learned first, and each colourway counts as its own recipe. Crafting gives Woodcrafting XP equal to the recipe’s level, so the cheap high-level pieces are the fast way up. Use the Crafting Station by the Bell Tower or buy your own from the Carpenter.

Perk Drops

253 pieces drop as recipes once you own the right perk. Reclaimer (Mining) puts biome furniture in mine treasure chests and Natural Beauty (Archaeology) puts it in dig sites, one themed set per mine biome. Ornamental (Farming) drops a faux-plant recipe when you harvest the matching crop. Grab Reclaimer early. It’s the cheapest of the three and you open those chests anyway.

Museum and Renown

232 pieces are museum rewards, paid out as you finish sets in each wing. Another 63 come from town renown levels. Once the first Archaeology set is done, the Artifact Replicator turns spare artifacts into the 105 replica pieces. That’s the best home for duplicate artifacts.

Pieces That Do Something

60 pieces are storage. The Basic Wood Chest holds 30 slots, most themed chests 42, and the Deluxe Storage Chest, Royal Chest and Mist Storage Chest 54. The Water Sprite Statues water crops for essence, and the Apiary and Terrarium are quest rewards that produce on their own. Use the Does filter to find them.

Colourways

1019 pieces come in more than one colour, and the game treats each as a separate item: you can’t recolour a chair after you’ve built it. Tiles show every colourway as a swatch strip. Open one and pick a colour to see its own sources, because some colours unlock separately.
